CIMO
We have to catch up a little bit, so we are bringing you a new review. When we can, we are going to make more reviews a week and bring you more Instagram content. The first time we presented you a knife from CIMO, it was a prototype that is now in production. Now we bring you a knife from the Hydroline made by CIMO. It is a smooth, two-handed liner lock (Hydrosight Pulse) that you can flick open with one hand. In the same line, you also have a flipper model.
They chose 14C28N steel for the blade, which in my eyes is a very good steel—nothing fancy, but just good quality. The handle is made of anodized aluminium and G10. The clip is reversible, so you can carry it in the left or right pocket. The backspacer is made from G10 and the liners are made of steel. When open, it measures 165mm. For less than 130€, you get a sturdy, high-quality knife that has been made in Brazil.
This knife will also rotate in my collection of knives that I am testing during this year.
