White wine

Today we present this white wine made with Viognier grapes. The wine is made in the French département "Ardèche" where this winemaker has his domain and his vineyards. The wine that we tasted has to be drunk well chilled (8°C) and reasonably young. When you smell the wine, you will smell white peach, apricot, and white flowers like elderflowers. In the mouth you will discover lychee, white roses, and green fruit. It is the ideal wine to drink as an aperitif, or when you choose to drink it with a dish; they say it goes well with asparagus, scallops in cream sauce, and "vol-au-vent," which is a chicken dish with mushrooms and veal meatballs in a creamy white wine sauce.
The price/quality of this wine is more than correct. After trying this bottle, we were very satisfied.
If you say hmm, I would like to try this wine, you will find more information in the link below.
