Knife show
With 231 standholders from 26 different countries, this knife show is the biggest in Europe. Knifemakers, material sellers, machine representatives, handle material sellers, and stands with sharpening tools and steel for blade making are present. But there is so much more! You can make your own knife, come into contact with great chefs, see antique knives, razor blades, food and drinks, and forging demonstrations, which even has its own damask forging competition. There were 9 teams from different countries participating this year.

On Saturday, visitors can arrive at 9:00 a.m. and first visit their most famous knifemaker to ensure they can buy a knife before it sells out. Some well-known makers sell out in the first few minutes.
It is really a race against the clock. Other visitors take their time, and there are those who come to get materials and steel. Many exhibitors also sell their knives to well-known knife shop and knife store owners.
It's easily possible to write a book about this show, but that is not the Goibniu spirit; it is the intention that you, my readers, are getting curious and say, "Hey, I want to visit that show next year."
So we will give you the dates for next year; write them down in your agenda: 16 & 17 May 2026.
And when you go, watch out for the Goibniu logo.
