QSP

No, not that small, cute animal that liberates our gardens from snails and other pests. But a small slipjoint knife made by QSP that has a fantastic finish. With its hollow-grind spearpoint blade made of 14C28N* steel, it arrived razor-sharp. That is, as usual, the quality we know from QSP. This model is available with different handle materials: dyed blue bone, resin, bocote, and, like the one I show you, black micarta. It is not the most ideal knife for people with large hands, because, as I told you before, it is a small pocket knife. Closed, it measures 96 mm and open, almost 170 mm.
But all in all, it is a very sturdy little knife with copper washers, a half-stop, steel bolsters, spacers, and a spring. And with a blade hardness between 59 and 61 HRC.
The knife has no pocket clip, but it does have a hole in the handle for placing a lanyard.
The best way to categorize this knife is to say that it is a gentleman's EDC knife that can be legally carried in almost all European countries, provided you respect the laws and rules of your country.
Technical specifications of the blade steel are: C: 0.62; Cr: 14.00; Mn: 0.60; N: 0.11; P: 0.02; S: 0.01; Si: 0.20. This steel is made by Sandvik in Sweden.
