CIVIVI knives

Yes! EDC all the way! The Yonder, made by CIVIVI knives, is in all its details and specs a real EDC knife. Mr. Zac Whitmore, better known as the Youtuber Zac in the Wild, who has worked for Blade HQ, was multiple times asked by his friend Ben Petersen (known as the owner of Knafs) to design a knife. After some time and with Ben's help, he created a design: the Yonder.

In my eyes, it's one of the best industrially made EDC knives I have carried in the last 2 years. Closed, it's only 9.5 cm; open, it's 16.8 cm. It has a deep carry clip, ceramic bearings, thumb stud, crossbar lock, and all that with a good steel blade (14C28N), G10 handle scales, and is very lightweight, only 80 grams.

The steel that was chosen is, for me, right for your buck. 14C28N steel does not break the bank, is easy to sharpen, is tough, and stays sharp for a long time.

On the internet, in both the US and Europe, you will find it in twelve different configurations; some are exclusives and others are limited. But they are all between €60 and €105. They come with G10, Micarta, wood, and other materials, but I would like to see one with tobacco-colored Micarta handles. But that is my personal taste.

In the link, you will find the CIVIVI website where you can find more about the Yonder and other cool knives. You click on "designers" and then you click on the "view" button for Zac.

We from the Goibniu rates this knife with: ####

Respect the laws of your country and never forget that knives are tools with a sharp edge.
