Burgundy

In Burgundy, there is "Blason de Bourgogne," a cooperative of more than two hundred winemaking families situated in the Burgundy region of France. Together, they make different wines from different grapes. Their assortment includes red, white, and sparkling Crémant wines. The wine pictured is a white Aligoté wine.
It is not easy to explain its taste because it depends on how you serve it, with what kind of food you drink it, and, very importantly, nobody has the same taste palate.
After tasting, I would say it tastes like green apple, hazelnut, and ripe pear, with a smooth, fresh aftertaste. Normally I would say Aligoté! A white wine that has a walnut oil structure and taste with green fruit. But this one does not.
I recommend this wine with some oysters or some appetizers. But you could also have this wine with a main dish like chicken with a mushroom cream sauce.
As we have mentioned before, taste has, for each individual, another aspect.
